Even though we are small, our opportunities cover a variety of states. Our consultants are based across Australia (namely Victoria, Queensland and New South Wales) but are able to place you into assignments across Australia.
All nurses, midwives and HCAs are interviewed and approved for clinical areas by a senior nurse.
We have teams working around the clock to ensure our candidates and clients receive the best service.
We know that in Australia, the understanding of different cultures is very important. It goes without saying that our candidates, clients and colleagues are all expected to have the same level of understanding as us around D&I.
This includes application form review, candidate photo, drug calculation (maths) & clinical scenarios, name badges created and re-issued every year, candidate handbook review, signed contract of employment, employment history for the past 10 years.
